Code or link dead on arrival (doesn't work within 24 hours of purchase) → free replacement first, refund if no replacement stock. This applies to Full-warranty AND No-warranty products.
Full-warranty product stops working inside its warranty period → free replacement (covered by our supplier); refund if replacement isn't possible.
No-warranty product stops working after successful activation → no refund and no replacement. This is stated on the product page and accepted at checkout.
